Shipping is in our blood, but it’s not the only thing we do. Our Procurement and Mailbox services allow you access to your favourite UK retailers, no matter where you are. No more dealing with restrictions and expensive international costs!

To use this service, you will need to contact us with details of what you want us to order or what you will be ordering yourself, your details and where you want the items to be sent to. We will then create a WhatsApp group where all of our staff can communicate with you and send you images of your parcels as they arrive into our facilities.


This is a bespoke service which we use to purchase goods on your behalf. This service is ideal if you don’t have time to shop around, as we are able to purchase items from both online stores and in person for you. All you need to do is send us a shopping list! We charge a 10% fee of the overall cost for this service and additional costs may apply.


When using the Mailbox service, you are in charge of purchasing your items, simply using our address for delivery. As your orders come in, our staff will photograph each item for accuracy and consolidate the order into one once everything’s arrived.

How does it work?

  1. Purchase your items from any online store using our address.
  2. Inform us what to expect and when.
  3. We’ll receive all your orders at our warehouse and photograph each item to ensure everything is correct.
  4. Once all your items have arrived, we’ll pack them safely and securely in one package.
  5. Items are sent out to you!
